What Flow are the Snow Globe Tumblers?
Our snow globe tumblers are all slow/suspended flow so that we produce more of a long-lasting effect! Fast flow can be offered at customers request at the checkout.
What is the difference between all of the cups and which is best/ most popular?
Our glass tumblers and plain glass cups that come with a bamboo lid and glass straw, and do not have the Snow globe effect. These tumblers are perfect if you prefer your design to be the centre of attention, as well as having the ability to see your drink as it does not have glitter.
Our Snow globe tumblers are double walled and are filled with handmade solution and glitter, giving it a ‘Snow globe effect’, as the glitter is suspended and moves at a slow pace. These cups can be purchased in either glass or acrylic.
If purchasing for a child, we would recommend an acrylic Snow globe cup to prevent any accidental breaking of glass cups in the hands of little people.
What glitter options do you have for the snow globe tumblers?
We have a range of colours from holographic, iridescent, fluorescent, bold and bright! All you need to do is request your preferred colour choices at checkout and we will do the rest! Otherwise, you can let us pick for you by choosing creative freedom at checkout.
What is your order processing time?
Our current order processing time is 3-5 business days. This does not include shipping times.

How can I ensure the liquid will not spill out of the bottom of my snowglobe tumbler?
Our tumblers are plugged and sealed with resin to ensure the liquid stays put!
Why are the cups not dishwasher safe?
Due to our cups having designs on them, putting your cup in the dishwasher will cause the design to come off, and will also damage and potentially shatter your snow globe tumbler. We recommend cold handwash only to give your cup ongoing care.
What drinks can I use in the cups?
For the longevity of your cup and the design on the cup, only cold drinks should be used in your cups.
If I am local to the Central Coast, can I pick up or have my product delivered?
Yes! When purchasing from us, use the code ‘LOCALPICKUP’ at checkout to void shipping fees. You will then need to contact us within 24 hours via our email or social media accounts, to arrange either pickup or delivery, depending on your location. We can deliver items within a close proximity to Bateau Bay only, so please keep this in mind. Delivery will still be within our normal processing times of 3-5 business days from when the order is made, if not earlier.
