Returns Policy


A Return of items will only be accommodated if there is damage to your products, OR your items are faulty and the damage has NOT been caused by postage mishandling. If you receive your products and they are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will get in contact with you.

If your items are damaged due to postage mishandling, you will need to get in contact with Australia Post ASAP with photos and your tracking number, as you are entitled to compensation for your products if severely damaged.

Unfortunately, change of mind on your products is not covered under our return policy. We will try our best to accommodate your needs as best we can, but please take this into consideration when purchasing.

If you have made any errors when purchasing, please contact us within 12 hours of purchasing to amend these errors, otherwise no changes can be made after this point.
